Icewine Merlot 2019

Site: 

Our 2019 Merlot Icewine was farmed at Lazy River Vineyard in South Cawston, Similkameen Valley. abut 10km from the southern border.

Notes and Pairing: 

This Merlot Icewine was hand harvested in the dead of the Canadian night at -10 degrees Celsius. These frigid temperatures result in rare drops of nector being pressed from each grape. Intense aromas of cassis, chocolate, and cinnamon lead to a rich, unctuous, black fruit filled palate.
